At Charlieboy, we curate a unique mix of vintage, secondhand, consigned, vendor, and small-batch goods. Because of the nature of our inventory, all items are carefully inspected and sold as-is.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit under the following conditions:

• Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• Consignment and vendor items
• Jewelry, accessories, and intimate items
• Sale or discounted items
• Items marked “Final Sale”

VINTAGE CONDITION DISCLAIMER
Many of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved and may show signs of normal wear consistent with age. We do our best to note any significant flaws when possible. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item.

ONLINE PURCHASES
Online orders are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery, following the same condition guidelines. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
